Post Game: Green Bay defeats San Francisco 30-28

ST’s coverage units is usually comprised, for the most part, of backup TE’s, ILB’s, OLB’s, and DB’s (as gunners).
After losing Dafney to IR, it’s probably why they went and signed the TE from INDY.
I’m not saying Lazard is right or smart by wanting to cover kicks, but he is a bit of an anomaly at WR since he’s about the size of a TE. So, I get it.
Wish they had better depth/options so he didn’t have to feel compelled to step into the breach.
 
I think Mark made the best statement about special team players. If the guys you have aren't good enough to play on special teams, you obviously have serious depth problems on your roster.

Yep and look at most teams can figure out to find back end of roster guys who can play ST well. Shows our 6th and 7th and UDFA suck when most are kept to be ST only guys.
