This. This x1000 you don't win championships with other teams castoffs and bargain bin FAs. Do it right it... "Might be good enough" is how TT decimated the roster to being with.I disagree, stop getting scraps and start drafting long term solutions. If Kwiatkoski was a top FA ILB then the Bears would resign him. Beware of other teams cast-offs
Not really true were the Smith castoffs because their teams did not try to resign them? This. This x1000 you don't win championships with other teams castoffs and bargain bin FAs. Do it right it... "Might be good enough" is how TT decimated the roster to being with.
Adrian Amos was a "cast off" too. I'd love Kwiatkowski. Not really true were the Smith castoffs because their teams did not try to resign them?
There is a reason you are a “castoff “
- You just can’t play anymore, lost a step
- Injuries took their toll
- Age, your not the same player you were a year ago
- Your cap number does not fit the budget. Cap casualty
So 3 of the 4 reasons you take a major gamble both roster fit and financially. You better hope to hell #4 is the reason you pay up
#7 and #4 are very similari think there are at least three more reasons.
5. you're just not the right fit for the team. (i.e. damarious randall)
6. your gm made an error in judgement. (i.e. casey hayward)
7. your team just drafted a stud player, and even though you're still very good the team doesn't need you anymore. (i.e. jc tretter)
give it time, i'm sure others will think of more.
true. not exactly the same tho. i guess you could probably boil every one of them down to #4.#7 and #4 are very similar
And both largely disappeared towards the end of the season and in playoffs. And if their teams don't try and resign them it's similar to being a cast off...Not really true were the Smith castoffs because their teams did not try to resign them?
