Nashville is a larger market, Charlotte has 2 states to draw from. Montreal has no facility and Mexico has no infrastructure

Still NBA will want piece of pie. Will it be smart move who knows but Vegas is hot right now for sports. I think in 10 years NBA has team in Vegas along with MLB.

I think owners already said that when lease is up they plan to play a split schedule in Montreal.
