i sure didn't get any warm and fuzzy feelings about fickell from that article. ruhle has done a lot better job in the same amount of time. and when you compare fickell's record after 17 games to previous badgers coaches, i'm even less impressed.

Though does Nebraska have a better NIL fund? WI seems kind of pathetic and really can't spend on anyone good.
 
Reading comments lot of people think the guy does not have the money to do this and it's just talk.

I think he's referencing his ability to raise that much money from donors, but not certain.
