Who will be the Next GB Head Coach ?

Packers hire Philbin will see 3 years of no playoffs with at best a 9-7 season in that time. then Murphy retires and new team president will come in fire Gute and coaching staff.

Does he have the personality to handle Arod? Especially with no NFL experience to back up his football approach?
