That still doesn't mean that the article was "mostly true". Again, I believe there's some truth in there, and of course everyone involved is going to say it's completely false. I believe the MM/AR relationship was much more complicated than this article depicted.When they're serving cake and cookies, the sun is shining, and the castle is set up, you don't want to be the person who bounds out in the yard and says; "Party's over. There's a 10% chance of rain. Everyone needs to go inside."
You talk about how good the food and party was. Telling the host that you thought they should have had a different kind of cake, that the cookies weren't big enough, and there was a nicer castle they should have rented, is pretty much a guarantee you won't be invited to their next party.
Articles that would have torpedoed the "feel good" stories surrounding the Packers would have resulted in an immediate ride out of town on a rail, and no more access to anything at 1265.
