Packers 2024-25 Season Thread

it's not like he's awesome. it's just that he's a lot better than awful.
The standard for kickers is that there is no story about him, no one thinks about him, the coaches don't worry about him or adjust the play calling and decision making based on him. He shows up and does a perfectly average job and that's worth keeping.

Could Hale be ready to kick for GB next year? GB has kept him as there international player on the PS this year.

I agree give the man a nice 1 year deal with a signing bonus and don't worry about K next year.

Agree with both but he is getting long in the tooth and they'll eventually need to secure that position for the future.

yes, he is pretty average. i just thought it was kinda weird that he was still available when we got him. it was like nobody wanted him. i'm glad we got him and he has done a decent job for us, which is more than i can say about the last couple guys.

No one did want him because he still had that stigma of being charged with the assualt crime on the plane despite the NFL saying they could not find anyone to say he did anything besides who accused him.

oh yeah. forgot about that. thanks for the reminder.

The Lions 2d, 3d, and 4th string defensive line beat the Packers Starting Offensive Line like Baby Seals.

The score was close. Our defense played hard, but once again couldn't get the needed stop.

When our offense had a shot to take victory, they crapped the bed.

We got beat. There is no moral victory. We are a pretty team.

4 games left. 2 are against division rivals. We only have 1 division victory, but, as fun as it was, it was more luck.

We probably need to win at least 3 to go to the playoffs.

Not trying to be a downer, but the Pack still must prove to me they aren't all talk.
