This is why beer was invented.I disagree. You make a trade to make the playoffs if it makes sense. And if you make the playoffs you have a puncher’s chance, especially considering how weak the NFC is

Agreed! This is why beer was invented.
I have some Shitty Lyte Beer all set for a nice campfire tonight.Agreed!
Let’s see how much of the $63m is guaranteed at signing. Structure matters, APY does notYour baseline to sign Gary has been set.
Dolphins and new OLB Bradley Chubb reached agreement on a five-year, $119 million extension that includes $63.2 million guaranteed, per sources. Dolphins GM Chris Grier, VP Brandon Shore and agent @ErikBurkhardt of @RocNationSports did deal the past two days.
Glad to hear he's in the loop on this stuff. Should translate into better on-field performance, right!?!?"The compensation for whatever players we were going after just didn't make sense," Rodgers said, via USA Today. "So I trust Brian, and we had some good conversations. We were in on some things. It just didn't pan out."

I don’t think that’s a baseline for Gary. Or at least it shouldn’t be. Gary while good has not been dominant this year to point of deserving a contract like that. He should get less than Chubb IMHO…Your baseline to sign Gary has been set.

This is good pass rushers teams will overpay to get one. You might be able to get him cheaper then Chubb but if team triest to low ball him he could just say screw it play out year and force team to use FT on him and doubt GB wants to do that with their cap problems.I don’t think that’s a baseline for Gary.
