Packers 2020 Financials

Only issue I have is Packers have had traditon of going to Lambeau across the street to practice and ride bikes and walk and talk and sign autographs with the crowd. GB loves their traditon and I am not sure they would be willing to move miles away and give it up. I could see them try to modern on the current site.
Traditions don’t = $$$. That just for camp. It’s short term

Though question is can you make a modern center on the footprint of the current one?

Yes. I'd agree with that. Maybe they could buy out everything for a block and a half Southeast of Nitschke Field, to create a larger footprint to build on? About 2/3 of it is parking lot areas, so it's humongous. The question is price? Would it take cash, and possibly a resting spot for these businesses inside the new Packer hunting grounds?

I’m not even convinced the new facility is in Brown County. Hell Carolinas is in South Carolina.
It's only a few miles up "41" to Oconto County.

I wonder how Oconto County officials would feel about ~$125M economic investment/development project in their county?

Also, a majority of players live in that north-of-town sector from Lambeau Field. Getting to/from practice might be easier for most of them.

I think the economic impact will be minimal. It’s camp and that’s about it. Now if you include other amenities like maybe a fitness center or similar maybe it works. Might not be a good analogy but the Orlando Magic facility includes a health club, rehab center. It’s always busy.

Working together to be creative between Packers and county is what could create economic opportunity that benefits both.
I'd hope GB doesn't want to keep all the marbles in the marble bag.

agree, its really what they can stomach as far as a financial hit and what they want a facility to be

How far North would they go? Lots of smaller developments up that way. Little Suamico & Abrams would be a fair distance out. That's got to be over 15 miles. That area would grow rapidly.
