It’s not going to. They need to figure out other revenue streamsBut even if it went under a major renovation in which it would mean the field can't be used what do you do
Well GB is in bad shape then as local reenue will always be minor league compared to larger cities. It’s not going to. They need to figure out other revenue streams
wait. what? man, i feel cheated. It's his name on the front, he ain't cooking the food
Still it's a city of just about 100K it will never be close to other NFL cities that are over 1 millionAs cities grow, so will GB. It wasn't that long ago it was a large cow-town in Northeastern Wisconsin. Now it's a bigger one.
We have to remember that the people of the Green Bay area are not all sold on the Packers. They nearly lost the vote on the renovations, because not everyone is happen with everything surrounding the team.
Never. Fortunately. But, because of it, you get what you get. To me, the ambiance of Green Bay and the Packers is greater than anything the Cowboys, or any other team radiates. I say that because I was raised on a farm. I'm a cow-town boy.Still it's a city of just about 100K it will never be close to other NFL cities that are over 1 million
Yeah thank God though for revenue sharing without it Packers would have likely been forced to MKE sometime in the 70s.Never. Fortunately. But, because of it, you get what you get. Always love seeing the yoop getting some love!!The Pats home is located in an area accessible by two major highways, and huge population centers that far exceeds the total population of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula. It's like one city limits to the next in that area. Lots of money too, in some areas, making ticket prices relatively inexpensive based on incomes.
This is one narrative that gets a little old to me. GB always gets this small market label but its really a Wisconsin market. Revenue streams are not created to only deliver on football weekends. Milwaukee ranks above 4 current NFL markets and is on par with 4 others as far as TV markets.Well GB is in bad shape then as local reenue will always be minor league compared to larger cities.
