Packers 2020 Financials

Thing is GB is a city of 100K It lacks anything to draw fans to want to come to the city. The Packers can do all they want to the stadium and around it but as long as the city is just any average midwest city no one will want to come to it.

And there lies the challenge which is why I was always skeptical of Titletown.

If they removed the bench seating, and put in regular seats, they'd lose attendance. I think that's a big concern, considering you're dealing with season ticket holders who have invested a lot of money.

An architect friend told me they could put in an upper deck, but the cost would be more than building a new stadium, because of present construction. Then there's the fact that they'd be out of service for at least one year.

Well that’s one thing. I am as much for tradition as the next guy but sitting on metal is not a pleasant experience
Yeap and those seats are not designed for the modern day fat American.

The Packers BOD fell in love with NE did and thought they could do the same in GB despite the lack of people wanting to come to GB.

Yeah they would never remove the bench seating in Lambeau to do that you would need a whole new stadium.

Minimum of 1 year. Would have to rework suites and press box.

Also right now GB is limited how high they can go I think. THey have already had to put in airplane warning lights on scoreboards.
