i was certainly not talking about replacing lambeau. that is an iconic facility.

Agree. It’s like Fenway and Wrigley. There won’t be a new Lambeau. Just don’t see it for multiple reasons

No that's why they hope Titletown can do that but still GB is GB titletown won't draw many people in.

Good point , land wound help. Mercedes Benz in Atlanta was $1.6b but the land was basically free since if was part of Georgia Dome land

GB does own a large swatch of land I think they own from 41 all the way to Lambeau.

In recent years, I've been to Green Bay when nobody is thinking football, and it's nearly a ghost town in the Atrium. Same with HOF, 1919 Restaurant, and Pro Shop.

Yeah outside of game day and TC it's very baren.

Not sure 20 years from now stadium is outdated can't really add more seats or more skyboxes I could see them look at a new stadium. Yankee stadium was replaced so it could happen.

Don’t need more seats. That’s not the trend unless you can host multiple events. It’s about the “stadium experience” to drive revenue and that’s a major challenge in GB
