Depends how it’s structured and put together. Could be tax breaks and other incentives. Doubt it will be some referendum.
 
Deep pocket owners and big market teams seem to have a financial advantage over teams like GB in these circumstances. JMHO.

This, to me, for GB is about remaining competitive when it comes to attracting market talent. It’s not necessarily about gaining an advantage.

With that said, I could get behind a plan where needed funds breakdown followed a guideline like this:
20% from stock sale
40% from Packer credit facility
40% from NFL credit facility

I think right now current climent no one will want to give Packers anything tell them you want it you pay for it.

As I said doubt there will be a referendum or anything like that. Hence looking at a credit facility

Just saying if this costs 200-300 million to build or more would Packers be able to fund it themselves even thru credit.
