Vegas making a good hire. They are hiring Marvin Lewis to be assistant HC. Smart hire for a young 1st time HC to be able to lean on for advice.

so this year, I don't recall hearing Eric Bienemy's name mentioned much. And that he went to Washington, and that since he was there he would get a good shot at that HC opening . . .
OR did we find out that it was more about Reid and Mahomes, than Bienemy?

Was a over rated coach. Reid's offense and Mahomes the best QB in the NFL. Bienemy from what reports were is hard to get along with and also had off field issues in his past.

Bienemy is a distinctly old school coach, and as we know those guys are not in vogue right now. There was some friction between him and players early on last year.
