Probably rightBucks are a old team nearing their end. They don't have any capital to trade for young talent. Giannis moves on after next year.

NBA does not allow teams to trade its own 1st in back to back year can do 1st round swap but doubt team getting Giannis would be worse than the Bucks. Also can only go out 7 years into future to trade picksIn all honesty, despite the uproar it would cause, the Bucks need to harvest as much future as they can be shipping him out for an accumulation of picks. Maybe the first from a team for 4 out of the next 5 years, the Bucks choice of exclusion on which year, before that draft, and maybe a couple of players that would allow them to ship Khris out for a pick, and maybe even Holiday. The objective would be to find future growth that is controllable over the next 5 to 6 years.
