He has said he would only take the Cleveland job, unlike Pack I don't see that happening. Dorsey has full control of that hire and that doesn't smell like it IMHO. I think Arians stays retired.

That was before all the kids coming out were in the spread O though. He's stale like MM.

I am still on the Matt Lafleur bandwagon however John Harbaugh could work well. With JH you keep the DC and hire a solid OC etc. Might just be a viable solution.
