As of to the SEC, I would be surprised they add anytime soon. Nobody adds media value in any re negotiated rights deal unless ND would have interest

The ND situation is really fascinating. It’d about money obviously but if they stay independent does the CFP become more difficult.

Clemson seems the big power in B1G 12 at least for football why would they not want ot leave to get a bigger payday?

Clemson is in the ACC and no, they won’t pay a $52m exit fee

Without Texas and Oklahoma it’s pretty weak to drive a major rights fee deal.

Personally I think NBC would like to bundle a ND deal with a piece of the B1G new rights deal. I know for a fact they did bid

Not sure. I doubt the $75m is just for linear rights, they probably need a streamer like Apple to join the party.

ND can draw about 4m per game on TV so the math works to a degree.

Actually the ACC does more than the P12. That GOR deal is a major albatross until 2032 and will be the worst P5 conference media rights deal in 6 months or so. And if/ when ND bolts it’s worse.

IMO ND is most overrated sports contract right now
