Unless they don't think Lance is ready. Just a thought. Not sure how long 12 wants to play actually if at all. It's a beautiful mystery

We lost that game because Aaron went sandlot, like he always does. If we didn't have depth, how were we 13-4 with all those injuries?

I think Rasul, Campbell and Mercilus were pretty good pickups by Gute.

We went 13-4 because 12 & 17 were on the field and covered up warts. The record was not an indication of talent.

12 forcing it to 17 does not work as well as Matt's system. We went 13-4 despite Aaron's antics. How many games did we suck shit until the 3rd quarter?

Get these divas out of Matt's way, see what happens. Superstar 12 and superstar 17 went 9 drives without anything when it mattered. You can set your watch by it.

And ML's system without 12 & 17 won't win 13 games either. Antics or not they went 13 -4 be because they had an elite QB and the best WR u the league. I can also set my watch by that
 
Disclosure : I like what ML brings as a HC. But you win if the league because of playmakers. If (likely) Adams and Rodgers depart this offense does not have a legitimate playmaker. And with cap issues the defense probably had Alexander as elite. No its not a rebuild, but just running the ML system will not get to 13 wins unless Gute finds some magic the next 2 drafts

I agree. You need play makers to make an offense work. Even if you're fairly consistent running the ball, and throwing it, you need those guys that make a difference on plays that keep the chains moving, and force defenses to play against the long ball. Without the QB who can make those throws, and the guy who understands totally what the QB wants from him, you've got problems.

Without Rodgers and Adams this past year, I think we would have won possibly 8 games, maybe even less. Our defense has improved, but it can't carry the load for a totally inept offense.

This is just my opinion. I think we're going to see how it plays out next year.

Exactly and it's no given that Douglass matches his production or Campbell comes back on defense
