Rodgers Wants Out

I get that but the difference IMO is our lives and careers are not public. I’ve met and worked with a few narcissistic people that come from the Brett / Aaron cloth. I’ve always presumed and accepted that I’m replaceable especially in my industry, it’s part of the way it rolls
Wait.... mine is VERY public in all facets of what I do. Deal with the newspaper and press? Yup Deal with the public sometimes a very pissed-off public ?? Yup Have to answer questions from both? Yup Have to dodge folks in public and at the store? Yup I get it.

Arod has all $$$ and fame I'll grant you that but he's not out at 2 AM on a Sat night dealing with what I deal with.... he isn't in front of councils and committee meetings 5 times a month. Your right we are all replaceable. So is Aaron, no one lives/works forever. If he truly doesn't get that then you have to worry about the man's mental health nuts((

Unfortunately over the last 20 years I’ve trained my replacement and I’ve also been on the other side of the table. Neither situation was fun. You come from a different place than I do and i respect that. And I’ve also come to accept that pro athletes, not all don’t understand or care to understand they are replaceable , some are Teflon. They get paid a significant obscene amount of money and are wired different, not all but many

He’s actually coming across as slightly paranoid-schizo.

Actually, I go to work every day with my replacement in the office next door, he comes in coffee in the morning, I go to his office in the afternoon. We talk several times a day and he is like a sponge.

You can embrace that someday someone else will sit in your office and run the show and you can help them be successful doing that and ensconce them in your beliefs and methods thus continuing your legacy.... OR you can act like a spoiled brat or egotistical prick and try to derail that because no one can do it like you and bh)

I prefer the first method..... Arod and Brett not so much.
i don't pretend to know your exact situation, but more than likely your employer will not force you to leave your job before you want to just because they're already paying your replacement. and even if they did, you probably would not be losing millions of dollars.

Ha, you can ask Danno what we do is even more volatile. Here today gone tomorrow is a real reality. And your millions of $$ remark is why most people won't feel sorry for Aaron or any other pro athlete. He's made millions of $$ already and has assets beyond what anybody here will EVER have... so cry us a river on "he may lose millions"

So, I read that the final nail in the coffin that brought Rodgers relationship with Gute/personnel dept to the breaking point was the Packers releasing Kumerow last September.
Is he really that fragile?!
Packers kept Kumerow on the roster for years depsite him sucking and never devloping how long did Rodgers expect the Packers to give him a free ride for.
