Yeah but he was going to be shown the door if he did not agree to step down. Also it should have been down at least a year before this as his health was not there for him to run the team at least IMO.

They had a succession plan in place. So that makes that question really easy to answer. And if you think the organization did not know of his health issues that’s being naive

Did they seems they had few guys they interviewed and could have hired any of them
