Different mind set. Some have good relationships some don’t. I’ve never been in a room where the owner was “approachable”. Some elite players yes. Some you would expect to be approachable no
 
what does it matter how big an ego rodgers has or whether you perceive him as a "diva" (which is just a way for you to insult him)? i'd be willing to bet that there's nothing in his contract that says he can't have an ego or be a diva. these are just terms that people throw around when they have a personal bias.

But just saying I don't think Rodgers is approachable unless paid to do so

And you know that? I’ve seen guys who look approachable are not and some you think are ass holes are really approachable
