A narcissistic person can separate who he loves and who he hates. It’s part of being in control. I’ve had narcissistic clients and it’s real

Believe me, I know. I deal, on the daily, with a real narcissistic prick staring back at me from the bedroom mirror. He can be a handful at times.

A lot of maybe's and If's even from him. A strange bizarre ordeal that gets weirder each day.
Yep but this part stuck out to me. Not so much the evaluation part but the other tidbit

And general manager Brian Gutekunst is a disciple of Ted Thompson, someone with elite evaluation skills but deficiencies in communication and expression. The personnel staff at the Packers have always lived and breathed scouting and are excellent at what they do, but there is some lacking in people skills.

The last time the organization actually reset was when Wolf came on board. Ever since then it’s been the equivalent of inbreeding a royal lineage to maintain cultural purity, but as we all know, every new generation things get a little more wonky. Probably time for another reset. Milt Hendrickson and ML were nice outside hires but it’s not enough.

I think this may be the best possible scenario and I wouldn't be against it at all.

GB doesn't owe Arod anything for sure. However it is necessary when you're star qb has a fragile ego to at least let him know you're picking a QB. It takes what 5 minutes maybe? Might have spared the Packers what they're going through now.

But you never know it's all speculation.

One thing that I know at least from the NFL fans I know is that Arod doesn't have a good rep outside of GB really and everyone is laughing thier assess off at GB right now.

So question if GB were to move on from Rodgers would trading for Gardner Minshew be a idea?

Enjoy. Interesting perspective.
that was an excellent article written by someone who has already lived through this.

"The key for 2021 will be to somehow keep their superstar engaged and motivated while he keeps the seat warm for an unproven player (as Brett did for him). That is not easy, but as we did 15 years ago, the Packers brought this on themselves."
