Packers 2022 Thread

Who you going to add to replace him? At this point he counts vs cap and not like Packers can add anyone to roster that will make any difference. Going to add career PS guys like Fulgram or Winfree? Neither of them are any better. Might as well just keep Watkins and get thru this season. Not like he's signed long term.
He's out of shape, slow, injury prone, runs poor routes, doesn't know what he's supposed to do in the offense, low IQ, no chemistry with Rodgers whatsoever, and the team is 3-6. Yes, bring up Fulgram or Winfree.

And he doesn't tweet very well

Ouch CBS Sports has Packers ranked 28th in NFL power rankings. Really cannot say they are wrong. This team is not showing any life.

The Packers claimed former Raiders’ safety Johnathan Abram on waivers, per source.

I have been in the state of Wisconsin for only a few hours now but I will say, in my talking to folks and prodding a bit, the feeling towards the QB seems to be growing downright mutinous. I’m just saying!

Is it too early to start the 2023 packer season thread? LOL

FO has let this team down. Gutey has not drafted well, and he is downright awful at bringing in quality FA to fill the gaps. And Murphy is in the corner with a thumb up his butt.....

The DEF disappeared. Clark is nowhere to be seen, Gary isn't playing like an elite. The safety position is suspect, and the DB are clueless...

And then there is the offense. The Detroit Lions, one of the worst defenses in recent memory, stacked the line and dared GB to put the ball in Arods hands. That's how little opposing teams respect this offense. That's just shocking.

This isn't a quick fix, this isn't a one-player away type of issue. This team is just not good. So now begs the question if Arod isn't going to be able to get this team wins this year, do we think he will be able to next year with Gutey awful drafting??? And if Arod can't get this team wins, isn't it better to trade him (working cap gymnastics of course, post June 1) and move on? Love isn't better than Arod, but maybe he's successful in the ML offense?

Also, Packers will probably be picking higher than at any time in recent memory. Because they've kept Love on the bench and don't know what he can do, it seems the Pack should be looking to draft a QB this draft. And if you're picking top 5 or 10 maybe this is the year. I don't watch college football really so can't tell you what the QB class is like. But I'm sure Gutey will find a way to screw it up anyway.

Wow these receivers suck more than I thought. Way to go Gutey....

That was downright depressing.... How many times did WR end up tripping over their own feet? Like 5 or 6?

On the video posted with Warner, sent it to the man I trust most on offense. Former D1 college OC. TOP notch HC, his take was and I quote " More sloppy and lazy routes than how the O is designed" and "Warner is being a bit fictitious in terms of how bad it is and clearly is biased for Rodgers" Third-party view, he's not a Packers fan so I like the take. tc(
