Well he was the interm coach and had to apply for the job, which was posted per university policy. It was never a “asked for it “ situation

Yeah but I am guessing he thinks that he should have got it since he was on the staff and not getting it was likely a slap in the face.

Technically a rumor but I’ve heard it from 2 folks and the story is very similar
