Bucks vs Suns NBA Finals Thread

I did not see any effects during game 1 except for timing and wind
I saw timing and wind also. Surprisingly, no hesitation whatsoever on his part to drive the lane. I would have thought he'd have been a little hesitant, but he wasn't.

He's not human he's a machine!

At this point agree with Packinatl. Suns in 5. Suns are just to good for the Bucks to overcome.

Khris Middleton is way to inconsistant to ever be a elite player. 11 points is not acceptable. The guy runs way to hot and cold. One night he scores 30 next a game like this. If Bucks want to be able to win a championship you need better from Middleton he can't be a up and down player.

Total disaster. They can't pass. They can't see open men. They'd rather throw up contested shots instead of hitting open men, and Middleton just plain doesn't understand that just because he's decided it's "his turn" to shoot the ball doesn't mean it's the right decision.

I'm not even going to discuss this any further. After listening to the sideline chatter between coach and players on both teams last night, I found the Suns gave specific guidance, while Bud threw out all those well known cliques about getting tougher, muscle up, and get inside position. Not once did he offer any specific advice to a player or players. Coaches need to control the narrative, not the players.

Sounds like MM after a loss.

i'm just going to come out and say it: for whatever reason, the bucks seem to play better without giannis (at least over the past few weeks anyway). when giannis is in there it's every man for himself. when he's out, they seem to play as a team with more energy, determination, and desire.

It's a fact. They do not play as a team. I've been saying this all year long. It's almost as if the game plan is to give Giannis the ball, let him create, and everyone else gets what's left.

Their time, without him, was a total team effort. You just don't see any of that hustle out there now.

Might want to look at the fact that the Bucks have hit squat from the left side, outside the paint, during the playoffs. I've said this for a long time now, and this game pointed it out perfectly. 5 out of about 30. You'd get the impression there's a reason, wouldn't you?

In the wins against Atlanta, with Giannis out, they used the whole court for their offense, and it worked.
