Sticking point was the future first. Jets get to say that they didnt give up a 1st without conditions and protects themselves against injury, GB very likely gets that future first, by which point Jets fans won't really care.
 
So jets fans happy they got him but yet crying they overpaid because in their minds he was worth a Favre trade ala a conditional 4th round
