ronald delancy the third has announced he has declared for the 2025 draft. tried to post a picture of his thoughtful statement here, but it kept saying the image was too large. also tried posting a link to the tweet, but got an error message that the image was too controversial (or something like that).
X is taking stuff down and or protecting certain tweets
Former SD State QB Danny O'Neil visiting Madison on Saturday and is expected to transfer to UW.

This is ridiculous.
O'Neil, as a freshman, only threw for 2,200 yards at San Diego State in the Mountain West Conference. He's not all that. San Diego SUCKED - SUCKED, against Mountain West competition.
The 'kids' we have in the room that were recruited so hard and we were so happy to get must be better or at least as good.
Play O'Neil sink the program and watch the 'kids' leave.
Experience for the sake of experience is crap.
If we're better off with O'Neil, then the recruited out of High School quarterbacks aren't anything to get excited about.

Alright. Not happy with the living off the scrap heap.
And, I'm really not negative. Since we aren't getting cream of the crop, I'd like to see what our much ballyhooed high school recruits can do.
The big problem is $$$.... you have to have enough NIL for your recruits and portal guys. BB got 25 million at NC to go shopping. I doubt UW has 5 million. Point being college FB is like semi pro ball now.... $$$ and BS walks.

wow. he ought to be able to assemble a top-notch team with that bankroll. college football has clearly become semi-pro football for the elite teams. badgers have no chance.
