Headline says he's eyeing a championship caliber team, why would he bother with us?
These last few years have really hurt WI. Unless we somehow get more NIL money than Ohio State, no good player is even goung to look at us.

But, he doesn't think he was benched because he played bad.

Let me add here >>> Unfortunately there won’t be walk-ons starting next year. With the new 105 scholarship rule and the roster limited to that number, they will no longer exist at major programs. So the WI small school walk-on from days gone by is done.
