Iowa State edge rusher Will McDonald IV is in Green Bay for an official pre-draft visit with the Packers

McDonald is a Waukesha native
 
Interesting GB ended up with 9 guys they had on pre-draft visits last year.

 
9 was an outlier, typically under Gute it's in the range of 2-4 drafted guys and then some eventual UDFA signings or trades but you see a lot of guys that they are interested in and positions they're looking hard at. I think Tim Boyle was the lone QB they brought in in 2018, and in 2020 they had virtual meetings with 2 QBs - Jordan Love and Jalen Hurts. Ted used these visits almost exclusively to meet UDFAs.
 
With the 15th pick in the 2023 NFL draft the Green Bay Packers select.

They probably saw how many people were using it for the podcasts and twitter followings etc and were like, no more free lunch. Which I do kinda get, but it's a shame for the rest of us who just liked to tinker around.
