I don't think the owners will touch the decision. They have plausible deniability on the actions taken with the suspension. They don't have to get their hands dirty.

I don’t think the owners have much if any say in this one. It’s much more a legal issue, do you risk bumping a suspension and then take your chances with the SDNY.

It’s also about setting precedent. Robinson’s ruling also took a bit of a stab at Goodell and how they handled case last year. She also noted the equal treatment with players and owners. If I am an owner I stay far away from this, skeletons can appear

This …..Snyder, Jones , Ross, Kraft and probably others don’t what to touch this for obvious reasons

Except the owners are not part of the collective bargaining process. No union. But they are included personal conduct policy. Odd
