This will be an interesting precedent based on Robinson making the ruling and not Goodell.I have a hunch they're going to back down and give him a max of 8 games as a suspension.
It sounds like a minor point but it’s probably really important is how does the personal conduct policy apply to owners / players. Had a sport law attorney point out to me the difference is that while both technically fall under the policy, the players part was negotiated by a union and collectively bargained. The owners did not. Can you apply the same policy to Kraft as Watson? People who know much more than me don’t agree on this and that’s why I have no idea how she will interpret it
