More about leadership than concentrating. This from Breer puts in perspective, then add in the bonuses money it makes sense

The last two offseasons, Murray’s been only a partial participant in the team’s offseason program. And because 2020’s offseason program was wiped out thanks to the pandemic, that means, through four years, Murray still hasn’t had a full offseason program. Add to that there have been questions about leadership and even punctuality at points in his career, and it’s fair to connect these clauses to the team wanting more of Murray off the field.

Well it's clear they knew he was coming into practice unprepared and did not study film on his own for this in deal

To me it just shows how desperate teams are to keep the talented QB no matter the cost. Usually if you can't trust the guy to watch film and better himself after getting paid, you just don't pay him in the first place. AZ trying to have their cake and eat it too. Very odd, and sounds humiliating for Murray to have this built into the contract.

Murray getting paid is sign how bad QB pool is guy has issues but becuase of bad QB pool AZ is willing to put up with him and keep him happy
 
I see Murray also tried to blame his agent saying it was him who told him to scrub his social media from AZ

Most likely to be able to clear salary cap space up each year move that money to SB to kick can down the road
