Unless you get a perfect storm anyone not named OSU will struggle to win the conference. Just look at the history. It’s a combination of money , limited resources, poor recruiting footprint. BB has the same issues and that one reason he went to Arkansas. He understood the limits. As good as a program MSU has been have they made the CFP? Michigan? PSU? Iowa?

Michigan is a let down school they should be better then they are only behid OSU in what they can recurit. Seems everyone after that is on same tier
