I remember an incident when I was a cop. The prosecutor put a picture on a screen showing the defendant, at the scene of a murder, covered in blood. It was murder using a kitchen knife. The judge told the jury to forget the picture because it shouldn't have been shown. He had it stricken from the court records.

Now, assume you're on the jury and you just saw a body that was gored, guts hanging out, and a second picture of a person covered in blood, who was there at the time of the stabbing. Do you think the jury ignored the picture when rendering a verdict?

Apples to oranges. I am not going to penalize this new staff and administration at Baylor for ills of Briles or Ken Starr, same I am not going look at compare what happened at Penn State with Sandusky and Paterno with the new staff and administration now. The kids who committed the acts at Baylor are long gone, rightfully so....why punish the kids who are part of the program now that had no involvement at all? Same with the staff. Its 3 years ago and for Rhule has done a fantastic job on and off the field.

It was an analogy, not a direct comparison of anything. Nobody asked you to penalize anyone. It's not your call anyhow, and, you have no idea what those on the committee will decide. I just suggested it could be a scenario that played out. You can have the last word if you'd like.

you asked me my opinion and I gave it, if any committee member would vote that way they have no business being there. I trust its a football decision
