Wanted them to run it at the time, but they stacked the box. I can see why they didn't run it. I mean, bring in an extra OLineman or something. Our guys can get two yards on two tries. Or maybe spread them out.

Remember how this D held up last year. They just need to get back to that, even if it requires someone to do Barry's thinking for him.

Not sure Grey has experience with Fangio's system.

Think about this for a second. The Giants defense thought that the way to stop GB at the goal line was to stack the box and put the ball in Arods hand. That's a shocking thought. And it worked. Also shows what opposing DC think of the GB passing attack.

Did they? I have to go back and watch, all second half I thought they were playing a regular 4 man front.

Exactly. You're singing to the choir. IMO, no. In this day and age, and Pettine was the same philosophically, Barry takes the same tact about defending pass first. Limiting chunk plays, keeping the game in front of them, etc. The problem is, it seems the defense is giving up chunk plays and they can't seem to get off the field. Again, I would have to look at the stats but it seems that 2nd and 3rd and longs are getting converted regularly. It's one thing when a 3 and 13 and a guy gets a quick hitch, jukes his defender and scampers 13 but these WR's are catching it at the 13 yard mark with the defender still 2 yards off. This defense is lackluster and plays soft. To it's detriment.
 
Gutey also isn't drafting guys who fit the scheme. Stokes is a good example. GB is a mess from top to bottom. They're also arrogant. This won't end well if they don't get thier heads out of thier butts.
