Post Game Giants Defeat Packers in London 27-22

Make no mistake. This game was lost with 4:15 to go in the third when Rodgers overthrew Doubs, then took a sack, then shook his head for the entire 8 minute Giants TD drive, then went 0-3 on three deep balls straight after. His temperament when things go bad is awful.

The defense that was supposed to be our strong point is anything but that. Other then the bad news bears we haven't outshone anyone this season. As Mark said there is a lot of work to do

This valuted D we heard about in preseason was nothing but smoke and mirrors who's being shown to be a fraud.

Offense play calling is a joke. We have 2 good RB's but we refuse to use them. The offense should go thru Jones and Dillon and not a QB who is very inconsistant and WR's that can't get any seperation.

GB is going to be in a dog fight every game they play this year and I would not be shocked to see them be 1 score wins when they do win a game. I thought this team was going to be a 10-11 win team but it's now looking more like a 7-8 win team.

Our defense cost us this game. Our offense, as it's presently configured, can't score 28 points in regulation. This is not a Packers offense from the past 30 years. We're a run first offense because our best playmakers are RBs.

Our defense needs to be able to hold an average (I'm using that term loosely in this case) offense below 20 points. We cannot play from behind, because we don't have the skill players to play from behind.

If we can't generate a pass rush, we can't play zone. Obviously, with this defense, if we play to stop the run, there are gaping coverage issues in our short zone pass defense.

Most teams that commit to stopping the run use extra bodies and play man coverage to stop the pass. I guess our coaching staff is extremely afraid of the big play potential of that alignment

Unfortunately, if you have a disciplined offense willing to take many plays to score, they can easily beat our present defensive alignment.

Green Bay does not know how to play defense and has not known how to play it for several seasons.

The Pack were healthy on defense today, the Giants were not.

The Giants played aggressive defense, and the Packers played their typical sit-back and wait for the other team to make a mistake BS approach to defense.

This is a deep-rooted failure of the organization that has spanned now 3 different (bad) defensive coordinators. This soft, bend don't break, passive approach to defense is apparently what the organization wants out of its defense.

No matter how many 1st round picks the organization spends on the defense, it is still still fundamentally flawed.

Defense held up consistently last year imo
