What does the roster look like next year?

Also. I have self-evaluated many times and as you would suspect, theres not much I can improve on, but I get your point.
i may have discovered one insignificant flaw. examine the nine characters following the word "suspect". you typed two spaces after the comma, and you left out the apostrophe in the word "there's".

see? there's always something you can work on. lol. love ya, bud. have a fantastic new year!

I had to give you something. @Mark87 has told me to fit in more, so there' that....

self-evaluation is a trait that not many people seem to have. especially people in a position of power. i think the tendency is for them to think "if my way of thinking was wrong i would not have risen to the position i am in."
They (Gute and every other GM) will all tell you they self scout and self evaluate, but ultimately it's a matter of results and competence, isn't it? For example, they obviously came out of last year wanting to get bigger and heavier on the OL, hence the additions of Banks and Belton. Did that work out? Was that the best use of team resources? The self evaluation may be right (we got pushed around up front) but if the ability to correct isn't there, it comes to the same thing.

They drafted need in round 1 and then got caught up in want in round 2... had they drafted a corner there, maybe we wouldn't be in as bad a spot right now.
I have serious issues with our FO talent evaluation process, both in college and pro scouting.
