ML will finally get to build the roster with the kind of players HE wants.
After that, it’s up to him to make it work.

Maybe, but I’d bet ML gave it a thumbs up.
To my broader point, I believe ML will get to have a say (especially offense players) in who they draft.
He wants system fit guys for his offense.

I do think Love fits the ML offense a QB who will not be expected to throw 30 TDs or more a year and be more of a game manager.

I don’t see him as a game manager, you don’t make that move for that type of QB. He is not Rodgers of Mahomes granted but he has a skill set that can work.

He has the prerequisite athleticism and has shown the ability to throw from different angles/platforms.
His issues have been decision making and reading defenses.
Those are coachable but take time to refine.
