RB Jones back to Pack?

Key will be Jones health. If Jones is healthy Dillon's snaps will be very limited for rushing I think in the 5-8 a game range. But Jones has not proven he can last a whole season so it's likely Dillon will see 2-3 games a year where Jones is dinged up and out and is the starting back for that game.
This “he cannot last a full season” is not accurate. He played 15 in 2019 and 16 in 2020. The issue is snap load. He does not have the build to carry 20-25 per game.

Jones average 14 carries a game so figure that's what they will want to keep him at. Figure if the Packers can keep it in the low 20s on average for carries a game Dillon that gets 5-6 and maybe 2-3 spilt up elsewhere?

Which goes to durability not that he can’t play an entire season. I have no clue what how they split carries

Dillon now though will need to show through in pre-season and/or games Jones would be out to play well enough that the Packers would say we can move on from Jones in 1-2 years give the bulk of carries to Dillon. If Dillon wants to get paid this will be how he will have to go about doing it. If he can't do enough to convince GB to move on from Jones before his contract expires it's very unlikely he ever fines that payday or starting gig.

Williams is going to be missed though. While he was not flashy he was good for us. Good hands did not put the ball on the ground. Was excellent at picking up the blitz and good at pass catching. We have to hope Dillon can progress and be just as good in these areas.

No he’s just as replaceable. He’s a “guy”.
