Thing is they can make it work to bring him back but without his buds Adams and Cobb would he want to even be in GB?

Have they lost confidence in Love? After all, they've seen plenty of him in practices while Aaron's foot healed.
 
I don’t think it ultimately matters what GB brass wants, I think Rodgers wants to try it on elsewhere and this year he has the leverage to make it happen. I don’t believe a damn thing he’s said over the past 2-3 months about the warm fuzzies, I think his mind has been made up a long time on this.

Thing is to clear enough cap space to tag Adams and keep Rodgers to trade means you need to find way to clear about $65 million in cap space. That means cutting around 8-10 players restrcture Clark and Bak and probably find a way to extend Alexander and lower his cap number. That's a ton of work to do to be able to tag Adams to attempt a trade.

No, they lost year 1 camp due to Covid and he's a yr behind where they want him.... I think they want to squeeze another year out of Aaron to totally get Love up to speed.

I agree with this, If you really still want to play ball what's with the "I need to take some time and think on it" BS? Personaly, the man loves drama. and he's going to wait until the last minute to tell them anything.
