Post game: GB Defeats Indy 23- 19

when we left for the hospital, the packers were losing 13-0. just got home to find out the packers won. the funny thing is, before the game started, my wife said "packers going to win". before we left, i said "we're losing 13-0". she said "they're going to win". if online betting wasn't illegal in california, i'd start risking a little bit of money on her prognostications.

but i see we had a couple significant injuries in the process. is lloyd ever going to play in an actual game? and the loss of brown and sorrell might be even worse. we just seem to be snake-bitten again.

That was a better second half when it was third string vs third string, but as others have said, our 3rd string isn't getting picked up by other teams. I don't know why, but Welch played a lot of time at LB today. It seems as if we are way short there, and he needed to fill in, OR whoever was in that third-string spot got benched.

Our pass pro is awful and needs to be addressed before game 1.

the way they will address it is by having gutey make some public statements about how well they are doing. that will be the extent of it. because, as far as gutey is concerned, he has assembled a fantastic cast of players for the ol.

The good news is that I thought Morgan had a wonderfully forgettable night at LT. Steady in pass pro, no drama. Some blocks in the run game he can’t execute but OK.

The bad news is - and I don’t say this often - but Monk, Telfort and Jennings will legit get someone hurt. I don’t think they’re playable. Belton is a rung above them in that he will merely make the offense nonfunctional with penalties. Why does he lunge so much in pass pro?

Yes, these 3 you need to release at the end of TC. They are bad. There will be guys who will be cut who are better then them. Even if Gute would not plan to add them to the 53 you still would have better options to add to the PS.
