Packers 2025 Training Camp Thread

SMH GB running Melton with the #1s today since Nixon is given rest day. What's going to happen is they will hype this guy up makes the team they put him out on the field and against real NFL talent they are going to eat him alive and GB is going to pay for the foolish mistake acting like he can get a real CB.
 
McKinney said he won't practice for a while because of calf injury. Won't play in pre-season but says he will be ready week 1.

i disagree. he has been working with the 2s a lot, and doing well by all accounts. i think he'll make the team as a backup. if the packers keep 5 or 6 cbs, he'll probably be #5 or #6, but he will get lots of st snaps. the few videos i have seen of him in tc, he looks solid, but still learning. don't forget that his brother was a 1st round pick at corner last year and did really well in his rookie season. the real test is going to be the preseason when he plays against other teams. is he doing well in tc because he knows the offense? we'll find out.
