New NFL rules the PS QB can be 3rd QB on game day. Pratt will end up on the PS. I don't think you have to worry about him getting claimed.
 
The NFLPA nixed a league-approved rule allowing an emergency third QB to come from the practice squad with unlimited call-ups.

Teams were informed that the players association vetoed the revised emergency third quarterback rule that would have allowed teams to elevate a bona fide QB from the practice squad an unlimited number of times, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported Monday, per a source informed of the situation.

The rule reverts to the 2023 parameters, which state that an emergency third QB must be on the 53-man roster or as one of two standard elevations per week. An elevated QB would have to be active for the game rather than in the emergency role. A player can be activated three times per season.

SMH NFLPA are idiots. NFL teams are more likely to keep a vet QB on the PS then carry a 3rd QB on the 53 man.
