Packers 2023-24 Season Thread

It's amazing how well this line is doing considering how much they are maligned. It also points out the fallacy of the ratings we've seen about individuals across the line. I'm afraid too many of those people don't really see the nuances of plays, therefore are oblivious to What's happening out there.

I figure that the reality as to how well they are doing is somewhere between this team evaluation and the downplayed evals we've seen about the individual players. I have to smile when I see how well Walker is doing out at left tackle. Maybe the sky isn't falling, without Bakh in the lineup?

I would temper that in they are calling a bit of a different offense with Love at QB, He gets the ball out quicker and has the wheels to move around. Point being it's the sum of many things that has them playing better this year. The whole team feels different.

This is hilarious to me.

Our entire interior line is crap. Meyer is bottom 10 in Centers in the league, Runyan is average at best for Guards, and Newman is a joke. You wonder why we cannot run the ball at this point. Even with Jonsey, I don't think we will run the ball well unless he is running outside.

We need to address this in the draft next year or we will feel it soon. Runyan and Newman can be replaced and you can find another Center in the draft that would be better than Meyer. At this point, Jenkins has had two knee injuries in 3 years. We will see if he can stay healthy and also perform at what he was his first few years.

LOL a surgery that will have him at full stregnth? What BS that will be the 3rd or 4th surgery on that knee. It's shot and he's never going to be healthy again to play a full year. He will go to the Jets play 3-4 games before hurting it again and retiring after 2024. He will then retire as a washed up has been who could not let the game go.
