Packers 2023-24 Season Thread

It was pretty much over last year. Like I've been saying, right along, based on the history of his injury, the best he'll be is a part time player at best. You didn't want to cut him before this season because the added cap hit would have been a killer. Now, after this year is over, it's time to end it. He needs to find another walk of life. He has the money to do it.

As for Jenkins, he isn't far behind him. Time to cut bait on that situation too, after this year, unless he shows some miraculous recovery in the next several weeks.

Jenkins is in his prime.

Bak will try to limp out a final year with his buddy #8 in NY both play in 2024 and retire

That might be the last team to sign him considering how much Bahk has been speaking out about the crappy artificial turf the Jets play on. Then again, if AR snaps his fingers and asks for him to be signed, the Jets will try. It would be the ultimate hypocrisy on Bahk's part if he goes there.

His injury has taken it's toll. We'll see if he can come back even nearly as good as he was.

It's a single sprained MCL for Jenkins. Aaron Jones has had 2 or 3 sprained MCL's and come back just fine. Jenkins is only 27 so it seems reasonable to think he'll come back just fine. Now, if this "sprained" MCL lingers on and on, then I'd be keeping my eye on him to see how he looks when he comes back.
