No different than last year. Running backs carried it 390 times, Jones and Dillion had 356. So basically the same offense. I believe the run / pass ratio the last 2 years is more “balanced” but that’s about itI think people need to read the tea leaves. Carrying two RBs indicates you're not really becoming more run oriented. Apparently they believe Rodgers and the receivers are pretty decent.
ML probably thinking that teams are going to load up to stop their two top players on O - Jones and Dillon - and they need to be ready to throw it around. No different than last year. I’ve said it before, you don’t take the ball out of the hands of your best offensive weapon and probably a top 3 offensive player in the league.
Even the KC game in 2021 was pass 34 run 25.
Possible. And the fact that 17 is gone the WR position is an unknown. Work in progressML probably thinking that teams are going to load up to stop their two top players on O - Jones and Dillon - and they need to be ready to throw it around.
Fine load the box. The run / pass ratio was still around 30 /70 even with Adams off the field. That look is only effective if you have an average QB who can’t make plays. Personally i think you will see a lot of zone and force the kids to read coverage and react on option routesWell I would load the box to stop the run. Until the WR's show they can win at the line and get seperation Rodgers and ML might have to go old school west coast offense and dink and dunk their way downfield.
I guess you have to make them prove it but Rodgers/Lazard/Cobb will absolutely eat up zone coverage IMO, whereas I question if any of these guys can really beat man.Fine load the box. Even though it was pre-season, we did see Doubs show an ability to read zone and find the soft spots.Fine load the box. The run / pass ratio was still around 30 /70 even with Adams off the field. Though he played against a lot of backups come regular season he will see guys who are startersEven though it was pre-season, we did see Doubs show an ability to read zone and find the soft spots.
Let’s hope it wasn’t a mirage
