The Green Bay Packers travel east to take on the New York Giants on Monday Night Football.

• This is the 31st straight season (1993-2023) that Green Bay has played on MNF.
• It is just the third MNF game against the Giants (1982 and 1983, both at New York).

You're right! They do hold the 7th spot. I thought they were just outside of it. They could rise to the 6th spot at best, from what I see. Beating the Vikings would be the difference maker.

The Vikings need to play the Lions twice, and Packers once. The Rams are a problem, behind the Packers. They could oust either the Packers or Vikings in the end.

i don't think the rams will be a problem because they still have to play the ravens and the 49ers. meanwhile the vikings are the only team on the packers remaining schedule that doesn't have a losing record (yet). but as you said, they still have to play the loins twice, and the packers. i don't want the packers to be overconfident, but it's okay if i am. and i see no reason why we can't run the table.

GB should win this. But they’re a young team and it’s hard in pro sports to bring that level of intensity week in week out. There will be games that they’ll lose as head scratchers. This might be one of them as they grow. But they could also win by 20…. Either way like R said the goal was to find out if Love was that guy, and it appears he is. So sit back and enjoy:

I'm with you. The vibe I'm getting is a very loose team right now. Confident and loose. And not to put too much on him at this early point but I think it stems a bit from the QB, he just doesn't seem to feel pressure from any of this. Kinda crazy.

I'm right there with you TW. We've all watched enough, over the years, to be a bit hesitant, but damn, it sure is exciting this time of year to still be in the hunt. It's been a heckuva year so far. Let's hope it keeps going.
