Yes. Usually one block in 1st half in game and 1 in 2nd in game. Also blocks in pre game and post and pre kick

Do the local stations get to charge crazy prices too or are those usually already set to air at certian time and days?

I remember for SB, if the local team is in playoffs they quote cost in or out out of SB to protect costs
