I know they're considering Saleh and HC chances don't come around every day, but that situation in Jax is untenable. If you're a HC there you don't get a say in the roster, and you also know that you as HC will be held responsible for the roster and the GM will get a pass because he's friends with the owner. Saleh would be smart to go back to SF.
 
That's shows how bad that Jag's job is that the OC of TB decides he does not want it. But don't blame him. Jag's job is one that you can't win it not with Baalke and Khan. The HC hired will probably be fired in 2 or 3 seasons and then they likely have to rebuild themselves taking a job again as a QB or WR coach and rebuild there rep back up to get a OC job again and perhaps some day a second crack at a HC job.

I’d take it if he paid enough. Get a big fat guaranteed contract in a place where nobody expects you to succeed? And when you get fired you get a big check and nobody would blame you? Sounds good to me.

well, the bucs did give him a new contract to stay, but i haven't seen any numbers yet.
