But there’s an awful lot of 1st time young HC’s out there right now with 3 or less yrs of HC experience.
Seems like the league is wanting to get younger in the HC ranks, rather than keep running old retreads through the mill.

A first time HC usually is taking over a bad team and needs to rebuild it so often gets expected to do to much with to little as they are also learning on the job of being a HC. A veteran HC at least has the knowledge of being a HC and has hopefully learned from past mistakes.

It’s a copycat league. The league has went “younger” the last couple of years and it can be debated it’s been successful. Depends what the organization. Lot of factors in play

#Packers OC Nathaniel Hackett and QBs coach Luke Getsy will interview in Green Bay with the #Broncos Friday/ Saturday, source said. Hackett will meet in person with #Jaguars in GB and on video with the #Bears as well.
 
Among the reasons #Texans coach David Culley was fired: He would not make changes to his offensive staff, source said. Houston had the No. 32 ranked offense, Culley wanted to stay the course. Now, OC Tim Kelly was fired and other changes coming, as well. Also reports that Culley contract only was guaranteed for 2 out of the 5 years.
